Frequently Asked Questions

How can I send my flowers to you?

Pressed in Time Flower Preservation is based out of Nampa Idaho and accepts local drop offs for those in the area. All other flowers should be shipped through UPS or FedEx. All shipping instructions and procedures to follow are listed under the HOW TO SHIP tab! For local drop offs, email us at pitflowerpreservation@gmail.com to make arrangements!

How should I care for my flowers before shipping them to you?

During the day of your event, make sure to handle your flowers with care to reduce the bruising or tearing of petals. DO NOT place your flowers in the fridge or freezer during or after your event as it will cause the flowers to wilt and mold at a faster rate and making them unable to properly preserve in resin.

How many Flowers should I send?

A standard bridal bouquet provides enough flowers to cover most orders, but if you are purchasing a larger order you’re welcome to add an additional bouquet!

Can I send already Dried Flowers?

YES! If you already have a dried bouquet, or an old bouquet that you’re wanting preserved we are more than happy to help you preserve them!

Can I dry my own Flowers?

Absolutely! The best method of drying is with Silica Gel Crystals! We prefer Wisedry Silica Gel Flower Drying Crystals. Follow all directions on the packaging, and try to dry them for at least 3-5 weeks so that there is absolutely NO moisture in them! Moisture = MOLD and that is not good when putting them in resin for a potential forever keepsake!

How long until I receive my flowers?

From start to finish the whole process can take anywhere from 2-4 months! It takes about 4-6weeks for the flowers to fully dry, and then anywhere from a week to a couple of weeks for a mold to be available and to pour the layers and have them completely cured! We will do our best to get your piece back to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience!
